What happens when you sign in

Signing in takes one screen. Enter the mobile number or email you registered with, type your password, and we send a one-time code to that number before the lobby loads. Sessions stay open until you sign out, and we close them automatically after long idle stretches on shared devices. Forgot your password? Tap reset, confirm the code and set a new one

- your saved JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast details are untouched. If a code never lands, check the number on your profile and request it again.

SECURITY AND ACCESS

How we protect every sign-in

We run the login ourselves, so we can tell you exactly how it behaves. Passwords are hashed, codes expire within minutes, and every new device is logged. Support answers in the hours...

Hashed passwords

We store passwords as one-way hashes, never as plain text, so nobody on our side can read your credentials. If you think someone learned your password, reset it and every active session closes.

Device history

Your account page lists recent sign-ins with the device, rough location and time. Spot something you do not recognise? End that session and change your password straight away.

One-time codes

New devices and new payment rails both need a one-time code on your registered number. It expires within minutes, so a code read out to someone else is useless.

Session timeout

Sign in on a shared computer or a shop phone and we sign you out automatically after a stretch of inactivity. On your own handset you can keep that session live.

Regional access

We build the sign-in flow for Pakistan on networks that Pakistanis actually use, including slower mobile data. Where local law permits, accounts from supported regions open the lobby without extra paperwork.

Support that answers

Chat and email are staffed through the day and late into the night, Pakistan time. Give us the number on your account and we trace a failed code or stuck sign-in live.

Same login on every device

The same account opens on every route - Android, iPhone, mobile browser and desktop. Fields, code checks and account controls do not change between them, so what you...

Android app sign-inThe Android build keeps you signed in until you choose to leave, and a fingerprint or face check can replace the password once on handsets that support it.
iPhone and iPadiOS behaves the same way: one password screen, one code, then the lobby. Keychain autofill works if you let it, and signing out clears the saved session from that device only.
Mobile browserNo app installed? The mobile site loads the same sign-in form over your data connection, with a lighter page so a slow 3G signal still gets you through in seconds.
Desktop and wide screensOn a bigger screen you get the same fields, plus a wider view of your account page, device history and payment settings. Nothing about the password itself changes between devices.
Forgotten passwordReset works on every route. Request the code, enter it, set a new password and you are back in - your balance, saved rails and lobby history are all waiting untouched.
Two-step checkAny device we have not seen before triggers a code, whether you sign in from Karachi, Lahore or overseas. Recognised devices skip the extra step and go straight to the lobby.
Shared-device sign-outUsing a friend's phone or a shop computer? Sign out when you finish. The session token dies immediately, and the next person sees an empty sign-in form, not your account.

What shapes our account flow

Everything around the sign-in is shaped for Pakistani accounts. Your currency, language and payment rails load with the session, the form stays light on mobile data...

One account, one password

Slots, live tables and the sportsbook all sit behind a single sign-in. You never juggle separate logins, and your balance shows in the same place after every session.

Remembered details

Your registered number, currency and saved payment rails load the moment you sign in. Nothing to retype, no re-entering the same JazzCash or Easypaisa details every evening.

Fast re-entry

Keep the session on your own handset and re-entry takes one tap. We still ask for the code when the device looks new, which keeps casual snooping out.

Clear account page

Your profile gathers the number you registered, your language choice, device history and saved payment rails on one screen, so a password change never starts with a hunt for settings.

Low-data friendly

The sign-in page is built light on purpose. On a patchy connection in Karachi or Peshawar it still loads the form, sends the code and gets you into the lobby.

Sign-out that sticks

When you sign out, the session ends on that device for good. We do not keep you quietly logged in on a browser you closed, which matters on borrowed phones.

Questions about signing in

Open the app or the mobile site, enter the mobile number or email you registered, then your password. We send a one-time code to that number, and the lobby loads once you enter it.

Tap the reset link under the password field. We send a code to your registered number, you choose a new password, and the rest of your account stays exactly as it was.

Unfamiliar devices get an extra check. The code proves the person typing is holding your registered SIM, and once we recognise the handset you sign in with the password alone.

Yes. Your own handset keeps the session until you sign out, so re-entry is a single tap. Shared or borrowed phones close themselves after a stretch of inactivity.

Check the number saved on your profile, request the code again and give it a minute on a weak signal. If it still does not land, chat support can resend it.

They stay saved to your account. Sign in and your rails appear in the cashier with the name and number you registered, so nothing needs retyping, and changes need a fresh code.
